" 27 Berrall Way is a quite exceptional property with beautifully appointed and decorated accommodation situated in a particularly favourable location on the edge of the development with a fine lightly wooded aspect over Parbrook. The house has been substantially extended and now affords accommodation which is unique to Penfold Grange. The ground floor accommodation includes a spacious lounge/dining room with double glazed doors opening to the rear garden, a separate study and a splendid kitchen/breakfast room which has been most attractively fitted with a range of timber styled units, granite worktops and a comprehensive range of built in appliances. With the exception of the kitchen/breakfast room the ground floor is graced with oak flooring. Unusually two of the three bedrooms on the first floor have en suite facilities in addition to the family bathroom and the specification includes inset ceiling speakers and down lighting with a neutral colour scheme having been utilised throughout.

Outside, the garage to the rear has both light and power connected and the delightful garden has also been the subject of considerable expenditure, attractively laid out to the front with a slate screed bed with evergreen shrubs. The part walled rear garden has a distinct courtyard feel having been paved for ease of maintenance and for entertaining purposes with a colourful raised slate screed border behind an attractive brick retaining wall complete with garden spot lighting with an al fresco lifestyle in mind.
