" Enjoying a lovely outlook onto a pedestrian only area, 155 Berrall Way is an attractive end of terrace house built to the "Rusper" design and forming part of the popular Penfold Grange development. The house enjoys two double bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom between which benefits from a window whilst on the ground floor there is a sitting room which leads through to a dining room and kitchen.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south along the High Street crossing straight over the two roundabouts. Continue past the school on your left hand side and at the traffic lights turn right into Luxford Way and follow this road to the T junction. Turn right into Berrall Way and having passed the post box at the end of Morris Drive on your right hand side take the next access driveway on your right which leads to a garage and parking area. Go through the small wooden gate and turn left onto the footpath where number 155 Berrall Way will be found immediately on your left hand side.
