Climbing the stairs to the first floor we arrive on the galleried landing. At the head of the stairs we find the vast master bedroom, this generous room offers an en-suite bathroom whilst providing ample space for all of the necessary furniture and more. The family bathroom sits adjacent to the master and is fitted with a contemporary three piece suite. The further two double bedrooms are found to the front and rear of the property whilst the generous single bedroom sits between and completes the accommodation.

The Annexe

A path leads to the rear doors whilst steps lead up through the flint wall to the main garden. The garden is of excellent proportions and is fully enclosed with mature hedge and tree boundaries.

The Garage / Workshop is accessed via barn style doors from the drive way, a personal door also enters from the rear garden. The property is located on the edge of the rural village of Broome which is very close to the popular market town of Bungay. The Cathedral City of Norwich is about 30 mins drive to the North and has a mainline train link to London Liverpool Street (1hr 54mins). Diss provides another mainline link to London and is 19 miles distant. The unspoilt heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a short distance away.
