" An excellent detached family house with an exceptionally large sitting/dining room, as well as a breakfast room and separate kitchen which combined would make the the size of kitchen that most young families are looking for. Added to this is the conservatory adapted as an office and the fully lined double garage currently used as a precision engineering workshop (the equipment will be removed and relocated to the new house) makes this a great family house. Upstairs the bedrooms are well fitted with built in wardrobes, and the original fourth bedroom has a shower cubicle and is fitted out as a dressing room. The property has double glazing, good quality fittings and is extremely well presented, an inspection is strongly recommended.

Situation
The property occupies both a pleasant and convenient location on the outskirts of the town overlooking fields at the front within the favoured Busbridge area. Located on the very edge of Busbridge, the property is is within easy reach of several excellent schools including Busbridge Infant and Junior School, St Edmunds, as well as the Sixth Form College and St Hilary's Preparatory School. Godalming Town is within 1.25 miles and has a pretty semi-pedestrianised High Street, with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. For the commuter, there is a good 47 minute rail service into Waterloo from Godalming station.
