" This spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, detached family home offers ample parking to the front due to a substantial driveway leading to a double garage. The front of the house also features an area of lawn and mature shrubs along with a laurel hedge and lavender. A substantial wooden front door welcomes you into a lobby area for shoes and via a set of solid oak double doors you are greeted into the hallway which features wooden flooring. Off the hallway is a coats cupboard and a cloakroom with wc, wash hand basin, slate tiled flooring, mosaic tiled window ledge, double glazing and radiator. This practical home offers two further receptions. The main reception features a large window to the front of the house along with an open fireplace. This leads through via a single wooden door to a further reception which is currently used as a dining room with views and patio doors to the garden.
