" An imposing Victorian residence of immense character, in the heart of the West End area, which has been significantly improved over recent years to provide well appointed living accommodation. This unique building retains a wealth of original features including a wide panelled staircase, high ceilings and stripped internal doors. The improvements include a new central heating system with combination boiler, cast iron radiators to the ground floor rooms and contemporary style radiators to the new bathroom and throughout the first floor. Further enhancements include a monitored alarm system as well as network cabling to the majority of the rooms and new electrical installations.
