" This charming detached house has been well maintained by the present owners and is presented in excellent decorative order whilst still retaining a wealth of original features. As you approach the property there is a block paved driveway providing ample off street parking for 3/4 cars to a large pitched roof single garage (22' x 10'2). The entrance hall has attractive herringbone wood block flooring which extends to all the principal rooms, stairs rise to the first floor and there is a cloakroom/WC. The sitting room has dual aspect windows and an attractive cast iron open fireplace which makes a nice focal point. Adjacent to this is the dining room with a bay window having a pleasant outlook over the rear garden and log burner which gives a nice cosy feel. A particular feature of the property is the open plan kitchen/day room. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of high gloss cupboards, complemented by granite working surface and breakfast bar. There is an enamel sink unit, integrated dish waster, 'Neff' ceramic hob with double oven and a very useful walk in pantry cupboard. There is a separate utility room off the kitchen which has ample space for appliances and further cupboards, work surface and sink. The day room has double doors onto the rear patio and garden.
