This area is perfectly located for the schools including Seaford Head and Chyngton, as they are both under 15 minutes walk away. The Downs Leisure centre is within 20 mintues walk and provides a gym, various sporting activities and soft play for younger children. Seaford is a coastal town in the county of East Sussex, on the south coast. Lying east of Newhaven and Brighton and west of Eastbourne.The town lies on the coast near Seaford Head, roughly equidistant between the mouths of the River Ouse and the Cuckmere. The property is situated near the A259, which affords commuters easy access to Brighton in one direction and Eastbourne in the other.
