" During many years of commuting, the current owner often passed through Uckfield and decided it was where they wanted to live. They loved the proximity to the countryside while still being able to take advantage of the easy links to London and the South Coast. All that remained was finding the right house.Rocks Park came through recommendation and when they viewed the property they knew it was the right size to bring up their three children. With no through traffic in the cul de sac it is a safe area for the young ones to play. The next family will love the converted garage which is now a great den for the children to hide out in. With power and electricity, it is a perfect place for those all important “X Box” evenings! The kitchen has been extended as has the fantastic lounge/diner which is dual aspect and offers great entertaining space and with patio doors leading into a west facing rear garden is a great place to unwind after a stressful day at work.Being double glazed throughout and with full gas central heating and cavity wall insulation, the new owner can be assured of a warm, inviting and welcoming home.

What the Owner says:

We love living here as it’s easy to get to Ashdown Forest and there are also good links to London and the coast. Rocks Park has always had a good reputation and we have felt very safe living here, particularly important with three children. We extended the kitchen and the dining room in 1999 and the through lounge/diner is a great place for entertaining and as it faces east/west gets a lot of sun.The schools in Uckfield get very good Ofsted ratings so it’s a great place for families.
