Cote Green Lane is a pleasant residential road situated in the popular village of Marple Bridge. This detached bungalow occupies a slightly elevated position and has recently been improved by the current owner to provide flexible accommodation. Having been recently redecorated throughout, the property briefly comprises; entrance hall opening to lounge with feature fireplace, dining room/bedroom 4 with feature fireplace and doors leading to the rear garden, dining kitchen, three bedrooms, family bathroom and separate WC.
