" This property offers tremendous scope for improvement or redevelopment (subject to necessary permissions) and benefiting from a garden plot approaching half an acre in size. It is believed that the bungalow was originally built in the mid 1930's and acquired by current owners in the 1940's and although certain improvements have been carried out to the bungalow such as replacing of some windows, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and rewiring in 2012, the bungalow is generally in a very poor state of repair and would benefit from renovation and improvement.

Furthermore as the bungalow sits on a plot approaching half an acre there is potential to replace the existing bungalow with a new unit or possibly even two subject to the necessary planning permissions being obtained.

Outside the property has a lean to greenhouse adjoining the bungalow and within the plot a large wooden storage shed, an open store and a garden shed which are all in a poor state of repair.

Crescent Rise is a residential location with a mixture of bungalows and houses situated between the villages of Thakeham and Storrington the latter being just over one mile away with a good range of local shops and amenities including a Waitrose supermarket, library and health centre. Pulborough with supermarkets, shops and a mainline railway station is approximately 5 miles to the west with the larger centres of Horsham and Worthing about 14 and 10 miles distant respectively.
