" EPC - A substantial detached executive home located on the southern side of Billingshurst within walkable distance of the mainline station and the schools. The accommodation, although not finally completed, does have a habitation certificate and is mortgageable but at an ideal stage for you to chose your own kitchen design, various bath and shower fitments including tiling and patio finish, however, these would be all at your own cost. To this point the home has been superbly constructed and finished with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor topped by engineered oak flooring, various lighting and decoration chosen and finished to a very high standard. The property on completion will have the 10 year NHBC certificate which will be an added benefit. In brief there is an entrance hall, ground floor cloakroom, large open plan kitchen/dining/family room with bi-fold doors to the rear garden, and to the front is the sitting room. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two en-suite shower rooms plus a family bathroom, and on the second floor is the substantial studio/master suite with en-suite shower room and dressing room.

SITUATION
Daux Avenue is situated on the southern side of the village within a short walk of the mainline railway station which provides a train service into London/Victoria as well as to the south coast. Schools for all age groups and the leisure centre with gym and swimming pool are also located nearby and the high street is approximately half a mile away offering a good range of shopping, banking and medical facilities, Post Office, library, churches, pubs, restaurants and a bus service.
