SITUATIONThe property is situated in a slightly elevated position, being set back from the road and having a pleasant wooded outlook to the front. Littlehaven railway station is within 1/4 mile, whilst Horsham town centre, which provides a comprehensive range of shopping and recreational facilities is within 1 1/2 miles. There is also easy access to the A264 north Horsham bypass.

DIRECTIONSLeave the town centre along Park Street, continue into North Street, proceed straight over at the station roundabout, at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Kings Road. At the following roundabout take the second exit again again into Rusper Road, continue over the level crossing. The property will be found on the right between Gateford Drive and Tylden Way.
