" A character three bedroom detached cottage built circa 1848 by the railways as the staff accommodation. The current owners have lived in the property for 42 years and have made various improvements and extensions to the cottage to create a versatile home.

The cottage has three reception rooms comprising of dining room, study and double aspect sitting room with double doors to the rear garden. The open plan kitchen has a separate dining area and separate utility area and has access to the ground floor cloakroom and door to outside. The property has oil fired central heating to radiators.

To the first floor are three bedrooms and a re-fitted bathroom with white suite.

Outside the property to the front is an area of cottage style garden with an area of driveway parking leading to an attached single garage. To the rear of the cottage is an area of mature garden with summer house, which leads to an additional area of garden to the rear.
