" A substantial and imposing five bedroom Victorian family home with accommodation arranged over three floors, believed to date back to 1886, with many original features yet blended with a contemporary style. The house is entered via a pretty entrance porch with white double doors which lead to an exposed red brick inner vestibule with an elegant leaded light front door. Particular features are the fireplace in the drawing room, the original red brick flooring in the entrance hall and study, as well as attractive deep ornate coving and skirting in many of the rooms showing the character of the house. The re-fitted light spacious kitchen and breakfast/dining room is particularly lovely with fitted units, oak work surfaces and oak flooring with French doors leading to the garden for alfresco dining. The utility/boot room has under-floor heating and provides excellent storage with rear access to the parking area. The feature dark wood turning staircase leads to the first and second floor accommodation, where there are five generously proportioned light and airing bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms.
