" A handsome Victorian detached house in a prime position.

As shown on the attached floor plan the property has been thoughtfully extended to create a generous family house, set over three floors.

In brief, this accommodation includes an inviting entrance hallway which leads to a sitting room, formal dining room, downstairs cloakroom and a sizeable utility room

(former kitchen). To the rear of the house is a the sizeable, partially vaulted family room, this room opens to a lovely refitted kitchen breakfast room, again vaulted, both of the spaces also have the advantage of views over the gardens. The kitchen accesses the utility room and from here steps lead down to a useful basement.

The first floor provides three of the bedrooms, the master with walk through dressing room and ensuite and two further double bedrooms both with ensuite facilities.

The second floor provides two further double bedrooms which have use of the family bathroom accessed from the landing. There is also a large walk in loft room, with the potential to be utilised as a further habitable room

(subject to building control conditions).

The whole is offered in superb decorative order and benefits from, as one would hope, a wealth of original features including pretty sash windows, many stunning fireplaces and panelled doors, together with the ceiling heights and proportions associated with buildings of the style are era.
