The property is within the village of Dobwalls which offers the usual facilities including primary school, public house and village shop/Post Office etc. The market town of Liskeard is approximately 4 miles and offers a much wider range of shopping, educational and
recreational facilities including a sports centre with heated indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts. There is a main line railway station with branch lines to the fishing town of Looe and the City of Plymouth, which is the principal retail centre to the west of Exeter is
approximately 20 miles distance to the Tamar Bridge.
