" A beautifully presented, brick and carrstone, semi-detached house, which offers spacious, four bedroom accommodation and includes a number of period features. The property has gas-fired central heating from a recently installed boiler, the house has been re-roofed, re-decorated and re-carpeted with similar carpeting throughout. There are double glazed replacement windows and the ground floor accommodation offers three reception rooms, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom with WC and a small sun room at the rear. An internal inspection of the property is strongly recommended.

HUNSTANTON Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there are the courses of Searles of Hunstanton and Hunstanton Golf Club and nearby is the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster.
