" This is a very handsome double fronted detached family home built from stone. On entering the property to the left is a sitting room with attractive fireplace and bay window and to the right hand side is a formal dining room. From the entrance hall doors lead to the cloakroom and a family room with adjacent study. The sizeable family room is very light and airy and opens into the kitchen breakfast room with modern kitchen units and integral appliances. French doors also lead out on to the terrace.

Situation
Kennington is extremely well served for public transport with buses into Oxford every 15 minutes during the day.
