" This delightful three bedroomed semi-detached family home is full of character, original features and is perfectly located in the popular west end of Hexham. It sits on a corner plot with gardens to three elevations.

Internal

A partially glazed door leads into the light and airy entrance porch with lovely large uPVC windows providing streams of natural light. The inner porch has lovely, polished floorboards which continue through into the entrance hallway which provides access to all the ground floor rooms. The ground floor WC again enjoys lovely original flooring and contains a low-level WC and basin with window to the front providing natural light.

Through an attractive stripped pine door, the living room is the first room accessed off the main hallway. It is incredibly spacious with large bay window to the front elevation complete with stained glass panes. There is a fireplace with Clearview wood burning stove and wooden mantle which offers a homely focal point. This room also benefits from delightful deep skirting boards, picture rail and stripped exposed floorboards.
