" What the owners say ... This has been a wonderful family home to us all over the years but as time moves on it is now ready for a new family to enjoy as much as we did. We loved the location as it had everything we needed. Handy for great schools, local to shops and public travel links and the beautiful beaches at Tynemouth. The location has always been very popular and still continues to be so. We know it needs a bit of updating but that is a great opportunity for the incoming family to make it their own .

This property is a semi detached house which will appeal to the family looking to buy in a great location and something they can stamp their own identity on. The house does come with no onward chain and briefly comprises:- entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and garage. On the first floor you are presented with three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom WC. There are gardens to both the front and the rear along with a driveway for off street parking.
