" NO CHAIN. Situated on the sought-after Mountain View development in Brymbo, a two bedroom semi-detached house that would make the ideal first home. This south-facing property benefits from private parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cottage style uPVC double glazed windows and doors are fitted, the heating is provided via a gas combi-boiler.

Mountain View boasts extensive views over the surrounding countryside. The development is located within three and a half miles of Wrexham town centre and ten miles from Chester Business Park. The link road from the Wrexham by-pass to Mountain View offers uninterrupted access to and from the area. A regular bus service runs from the Town Centre and there are a number of amenities a short distance away. The nearest school is Ysgol Tanyfron Primary which is under one mile away.

Exterior
After turning onto Coleman Road, the property is first on your left hand side. A slabbed pathway leads through the front garden which has a mature lawn and a variety of shrubs.

The family bathroom is fitted with bathtub, hand-wash basin and low-level w.c. pan. Glossy, beige coloured tiles surround the bath, the rest of the room is emulsion painted white. A mirror is mounted over the sink as is a metallic towel rail.

Garden
The enclosed rear garden catches sunlight all day through the summer. There is a patio area paved with sandstone-look slabs. There is a mature lawn surrounded by shrubbery and hedges. A small garden shed provides some additional storage; the gate leads around to the front of the house.
