" Within a half mile of West Byfleet, a 1954 three bedroom detached home with a 130ft garden and scope to extend STTP. Having been home to the current owner for in-excess of forty years the property offers a great opportunity to further extend/develop (subject to planning permission). With a garden exceeding 130ft there is mostly lawn, all surrounded by mature plant/shrub borders and benefitting from high degrees of privacy.
