" Set in the much sought after Orchard Avenue, Woodham, is this beautifully presented and fully refurbished four bedroom, two bathroom chalet bungalow. From the front door to the rear garden, our clients have redesigned this delightful property to incorporate not only a traditional look from the outside but also a very modern style for the interior.

The front door opens into a wide entrance hall, from here you are drawn by the space to the 'heart of the home' which is the kitchen-dining-family area to the rear of the property. The fully fitted kitchen has an array of built in appliances along with an extensive range of work tops and storage cupboards. There is a large 'island' that can double as a breakfast bar as well as space for a large dining table. Being to the rear allows this family area to maximise the views through the bi-fold doors and out over the southerly facing garden which stretches approximately 140 feet in length.

From the central hall and we have access to both the reception rooms. The first reception room is a large lounge, an excellent space for the family to enjoy or an ideal space to relax at the end of the day. The second reception room is currently being used as a home office although this would be a perfect space for small children as a play room or as a media room for those with children who like their computer games. There is under floor heating throughout the ground floor.

The first of the bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor. This is a good size double bedroom with space for wardrobes as well as its own en-suite bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor as is the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are double in size, both having a built in wardrobes and all three have additional storage with access to the eaves. The fourth bedroom is an excellent space for a younger child to enjoy, still a good size single bedroom but far from being a 'box' room, its sloping ceilings seem to make for more fun for children when decorating. These three bedrooms are all serviced by the family bathroom.

Back to the ground floor there is also a very useful utility room with access from the side of the property incorporating a sink and storage cupboards as well as space and plumbing for a washing machine. In addition to this there is also a separate toilet. "
