" With origins dating back to the 19th century this superb Victorian town house is built of traditional red brick construction beneath a slate roof-line and is complemented by an impressive rear extension creating a fabulous live in kitchen family room.

This fine house retains a wealth of original features including sash windows, polished wooden and stone flooring, panelled internal doors and excellent ceiling height.

The elegant accommodation currently in brief comprises: entrance hall, sitting room with fireplace and large window overlooking the front gardens and with an opening to a family room. There is a ground floor shower room and a door to a useful cellar room measuring 17ft x 11ft.
