SITUATION AND AMENITIES One of a select close of just four detached bungalows, situated on the semi rural outskirts of this popular coastal village, within walking distance of the church and local amenities, and about 1 mile from the seafront. Combe Martin boasts the longest high street in the country, with a variety of shops and amenities including primary school, Post Office, health centre, restaurants and public houses. The village is well known for its rugged cliffs and coves, situated on the dramatic North Devon coastline, set on the western fringes of the Exmoor National Park. A regular bus service provides access to the regional centre of Barnstaple, Braunton, Ilfracombe and Minehead. A little further a field are the safe, sandy surfing beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe. DESCRIPTION Constructed in 1984 by Lovell Builders, Willows presents colourwash rendered elevations, partly relieved in stone, some tile hanging to the gable end, beneath a tiled roof and with double glazed windows throughout. In 2005, the UPVC double glazed conservatory was added, and in February 2006, a new gas fired boiler was installed. All the soffits, fascias and down pipes are in UPVC, for ease of maintenance. The property offers scope for extension subject to planning permission. The accommodation is bright, spacious and extremely well maintained, the secluded third of an acre garden is attractively landscaped and bordered by a stream, a particular feature is the detached double garage and extensive parking.
