From Swadlincote Office proceed onto Civic Way, at the Sainsbury roundabout take the third turning into William Nadin Way, take the next left at the roundabout.At the next roundabout take the first right. At the roundabout take a left onto the A444 continue pass Toons Warehouse on the right hand side, taking the 3rd exit at the roundabout into Burton Road, Take the first right into Linton Road. Continue along until reaching the left hand turning into Main Street, taking the first right hand turn into The Crest, where the property can be found on the right hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board.
