" THE PROPERTY: Situated on the attractive Sandgate coast line approximately two miles from Folkestone town. Sandgate High Street offers a selection of bistro style cafes and boutique shops, bus route to Hythe and Folkestone. The apartment has two bedrooms, neutral decor and new carpeting fitted mid June 2010. It is a ground floor apartment with doors leading out to patio area and a walk through to the beach. Folkestone town offers a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars along with fast train links to London taking approximately 60 minutes. Most of the apartments in Varne Lodge are lived in but alternatively it would make a good lock up and leave second home.
