" Description    A detached family residence located in central Ringmer and close to all local village amenities and recreational facilities. This property provides three good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes in bedrooms one and two which also overlook the rear garden and family bathroom with panelled bath and wash basin with vanity unit on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a glazed door from the hallway leading into the large living room with feature brick built fireplace and bay window, there is a downstairs cloakroom, large kitchen with floor and wall mounted units dining/breakfast area with bricked open archway feature opening through to the conservatory. This in turn has French doors opening onto the patio and the secluded mature rear gardens. The property has gas central heating and double glazing installed. Viewing is highly recommended of this delightful property.

Outside    Approached from the side and canopied entrance, the delightful rear gardens provide a degree of seclusion with well established trees and hedges.
