On the first floor you will find a spacious kitchen/diner and a separate sitting room. The second floor contains three bedroom and a family bathroom. To the front of the house you have a single off road parking space and to the rear you have a terraced garden split into five separate sections - patio, lawn, space for a trampoline, garden shed - all with mature planting and a garden path linking the areas.Viewings are highly recommended to appreciate the space and flexibility of this family home.

What the Owner says:

When we first saw our home we realised how much extra space we were going to get compared to other houses we had viewed. The ground floor has been used in many different ways - as a guest room, as a rental room and also for putting up foreign students. Other people in the road use the space for teenage children to have their own sitting room and some people use the space for a garage. The local primary school is just up the road and we will stay in the area to keep the kids at the same school.
