Batemans Road is a popular road with Woodingdean Central Park a short distance away which has a small convenience store. There are more shops and a post office in Cowley Drive and Falmer Road. In Warren Way you will find a selection of shops to include a chemist, hardware store, local Co-op and a cafe. A short distance away is Warren Road where there are more shops to include Tesco Express, hardware/gift shop and pet store. There is a variety of take aways in Woodingdean to include Uncle Sams, Pizza, chinese and fish & chips ! If you want a variety of entertainment to include the cinema or bowling or even a casino, the Brighton Marina is about 3 miles away. There are bus services close by to take you to Rottingdean Village and the beach or to Brighton City Centre.
