" What a beautifully presented semi detached home! In my opinion this has been tastefully updated and boasts many traditional features. The location is second to none! Set in a gorgeous tree lined road between the two popular ‘green spaces’ of Blakers Park and Preston Park. Both parks have great childrens play areas and cafes for the parents to enjoy a steamy latte etc. whilst the kids let off their own steam.Fiveways has a reputation for excellent local amenities for family needs. There are nurseries to schools and first rate shops including an organic greengrocers, family run bakers, organic butchers, vets and more. The pubs in the area are top notch too and include the boutique Preston Park tavern just a stroll up the road. Anyone wishing to commute could walk to either London Road or Brighton Stations or via car it's easy from the A23 London Road.The house feels light and airy and has a totally fresh feel to it. The decor is neutral too, creating a blank canvas for anyone to have their input on an already polished gem!

I have owned my home for about four and a half years, in this time I have lovingly improved it to reach its current standard. Originally I bought it for the area, which is fantastic, especially for families as the schools are so good. The other advantage is that it is so close to town, yet safe and quiet.
The traditional style, contemporary kitchen and bathroom are the modern aspects which run hand in hand with character features such as fireplaces, stripped floors and high ceilings, blending old and new perfectly.
