The accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance porch, lounge, dining kitchen and conservatory to the ground floor, whilst to the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. Externally, there is a driveway to the front and a good sized rear garden. EPC Rating C.

Location

Lakeside Village is a popular location, situated between Silksworth and East Herrington, with access to the city centre and the A690 which leads to the A90. There is a parade of shops, situated in the centre and a post office. There are also a choice of schools situated in Farringdon, Herrington and Silksworth.

From the A19 exit at the A690 junction and head north east towards Sunderland. At the first roundabout take the second exit and continue along the A690 for approximately half a mile. The Strand is the second turning on the right hand side and follow the road past the shops, where the property can be located at the end on the right.
