" Located along a small, leafy and much sought after road within a short stroll of town, this 1930s semi detached home benefits from a large private rear garden. The bright and airy accommodation still carries many original features to include tiled fireplaces, 1930s doors and picture rails and has scope to extend to the side or rear as many have done in the street (subject to planning). A long hallway with downstairs cloakroom leads off to a sitting room with bay window and open fireplace and a separate dining room overlooking the garden with a further open fire.
