" A detached split level family residence believed to date back to the late 1970β€˜s situated towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on this private Victorian Estate. The property has been owned by the same family for many years and now requires updating.

On the ground floor is a hall with cloaks cupboard and understairs cupboard; a dual aspect family room; cloakroom; large utility room with boiler and space for fridgefreezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs lead up to a large living room with a high pine clad ceiling, brick chimney breast with inset gas fire and a door to conservatory 1 which makes a lovely garden sitting room and a door to Conservatory 2 which has access to a covered swimming pool; dining room with hatch to kitchen and Juliet balcony to the front; kitchen with window to rear, double sink, double oven, ceramic hob, space for dishwasher.

The principal bedroom has patio doors to a small patio and a door to an en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms, two with built-in wardrobes, cupboards, drawers etc. and the family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside, the driveway leads up to paved drive with plenty of parking in front of an integral double garage opening to a covered garden store; lawned garden to front with acers and conifers. This leads round to the right hand side and up to the rear garden which has a covered swimming pool with a sauna, w.c., 2 changing rooms, shower, plantboiler room. The remaining garden is of good size and laid to lawn with shrubs and trees and a summerhouse.
