" This comfortable and spacious family home is presented in good decorative order. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet within close proximity to local facilities and popular schools. Extended and improved by the current owners, the house is approached over a brick paved drive. The front door opens into the entrance hall, which allows access to all the principle downstairs rooms. A bright family room has a view out to the front garden. Glazed double doors lead to the main reception room with an attractive open fireplace and further glazed double doors to the dining room. Both these rooms also have independent access from the hall. The kitchen / breakfast room has a range of solid wood wall and base units, a double electric oven and gas hob. A door leads to the conservatory which enables the beautiful rear garden to be enjoyed throughout the year. To the side of the conservatory is a spacious utility room with space for appliances, two sinks and generous storage cupboards. The integral garage is also accessed through a side door from the rear lobby. A downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin plus coat space is off the hall.
