" This detached family home provides well planned, comfortable and spacious accommodation. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet within close proximity to local facilities and popular schools. Extended and improved by the current owners, the house still offers potential for further updating and additions, if required. Approached through a pretty front garden to the entrance, the house is entered via a lobby into the hall, with a cloakroom to one side, which allows access to all the principal downstairs rooms. There is original parquet flooring, extending to the main reception room which is a generous size with double aspect to front and rear and glazed double doors to the rear garden. The adjacent study also has parquet flooring and views to the rear.
