New to the market, this fantastic three bedroom terraced house is situated in the highly sought after village of Great Ouseburn. The village itself offers great road links between Harrogate and York for those travelling to these places for work.

At the front of the property, there is a larger than average size garage, attached to the house with a front and rear door. In front of the garage is a driveway with space for one car to be parked on as well as a small enclosed front garden area.

Through the front door is a generously sized entrance area perfect for storing coats and shoes etc. There is an under the stairs cupboard in this area too for extra storage. To the right of the entrance area is the large loungeliving room with fantastic wide windows at both ends of the room allowing lots of natural light to flood in. The lounge has a lovely open fireplace too, perfect for cosy winter evenings in.

Straight in front of you when entering the property is the doorway to the Kitchendining area. The flooring is a stained wood finish, matching the cupboard fascias perfectly. As you can see from the pictures, this room is spacious enough to accomodate a breakfast areadining table, and with the light coming in from the window this is a lovely place to start your morning. The rear door is at the back of the kitchen and leads out to a large enclosed rear garden.

At the top of the stairs and to the left is bedroom three. This room is plenty big enough for a double bed and furniture too if necessary, however it does already have a great sized wardrobe fitted in behind the door on your right as you walk in.

Along the landing from this bedroom, is the main bathroom. This bathroom has been fitted fairly recently and encompasses a lovely modern finish. The bathroom includes a great size walk in shower at the back of the room which is fully tiled, a bath, sink, toilet and a hot water cupboard.

On from the bathroom and off to the right of the landing is bedroom number two. Currently, this room has a single bed in, although it is easily big enough for a double, plus an officestudy set up behind the door, plus a full width fitted wardrobe at the back of the room on the far wall. This room also has two large windows in it, again perfect for making the room feel bright and spacious.

Then finally, we have the master bedroom complete with shower ensuite. Fitted wardrobes in this room too allowing more than enough storage space throughout the house. The ensuite is in the front corner of this room and is finished again like the main bathroom to a wonderfully modern standard and includes an ample sized corner shower with sliding glass doors to it. There is also a sink and a toilet in the ensuite.

The property would benefit from some decorating to the bedrooms to put your own stamp on it but overall it is in a ready to move into condition and is in a fantastic location.

Viewings on this property are advised in order to appreciate it's beauty and overall size.
