" Preston Baker are proud to have the opportunity to market this four bedroom Victorian property in the sought after village of Riccall. Retaining many of the original features including some original sash windows the accommodation briefly comprises of a lounge, dining room, drawing room, four bedrooms and the house bathroom. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear, a double garage and off street parking. Early viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the character of the accommodation on offer.

The property is entered through the front entrance porch which gives access via a wooden panelled doorway surrounded by glass panels featuring stained glass into the main hallway. From New Street cross the River Ouse and continue through Barlby Bridge. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A19 signposted York. At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A19 signposted York. Continue forward onto the A19 to Riccall and turn left onto York Road. Follow the road into the village and continue straight on at the traffic light. The property can be found on the right hand side, indicated by a Preston Baker for sale board.
