" Number 5 Middlefield Close is a traditional semi-detached bungalow with loft conversion. The property is of traditional, cavity wall construction with brick outer walls and a pitched concrete tile roof. We believe the property to have been built in the early 1990's and approximately ten years ago a previous owner carried out a loft conversion to provide an additional bedroom. In more recent years the property has been subject to a range of cosmetic improvements including kitchen and bathroom replacement and redecoration. The property is generally well presented; windows and doors are Upvc double glazed. Externally there are easily managed garden areas to the front, side and rear of the property. In the main the garden is lawned, with the addition of a timber decking area at the side of the bungalow. A gravelled driveway leads to a single semi-detached garage. The village of Weaverthorpe is set within the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds. The village benefits from two public houses and a primary school. Malton is approximately 12 miles to the west and Driffield is some 12 miles south-east. Middlefield Close is a small cul de sac of houses and bungalows, located in the centre of the village on the south side of the Main Street.
