" 15 Manor Park is a nicely updated semi-detached house located in a quiet cul de sac with a superb open outlook across farmland at the rear. The whole property is in excellent decorative order and the accommodation briefly comprises: entrance hall, sitting room with feature fire, dining room, conservatory which opens into a recently updated kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two doubles, one single) and a recently renewed bathroom. All outside windows and doors are Upvc double glazed and heating is via electric radiators.
