Description LOCATION

White Gables stands just off Woodhouse Lane in Boningale which is a small hamlet standing in beautiful Shropshire countryside. Boningale is noted for its highly regarded pub and restaurant, The Horns and is within easy reach of a wide range of local shopping facilities in both Albrighton and the Perton shopping centre together with easy access to Wolverhampton City Centre.



Local rail services run from Albrighton station, the motorway network is easily accessible via the M54 (junctions 2 and 3) and, furthermore, the area is well served by schooling in both sectors.

DESCRIPTION

White Gables is a substantial bungalow which was originally built in the 1960s by a builder for his own occupation. The property has been well maintained and has been much improved by the current owners during recent years. The property was extended to the rear in 2011, the kitchen was replaced in 2008, a useful conservatory has been added to the side and cavity wall insulation has been fitted. There is a SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM with a lovely view over the rear garden and a wide bank of Hammonds fitted wardrobes with central chest of six drawers with cupboards above and coved ceiling together with a THIRD DOUBLE BEDROOM with rear window and coved ceiling and a well appointed BATHROOM with a soft cream suite with a panelled bath with electric shower over, pedestal basin, WC, airing cupboard, tiled walls, tiled floor and coved ceiling.

OUTSIDE

There is a gated driveway providing off street parking together with a CARPORT and GARAGE with elevating door, electric light and power. The front lawns are well maintained with stocked and planted beds and borders and a heated liner SWIMMING POOL with paved terrace surround. The REAR GARDEN enjoys considerable privacy with a shaped lawn, extensive paved terrace, path leading to a gate to the main road, a tall, screening evergreen hedge at the rear and well stocked beds and borders.
