LOCATION Ideally located within a favoured residential area close to a variety of amenities within a short range to include Newbridge, the picturesque village of Tettenhall, Compton and there are more extensive facilities within convenient travelling distance at Wolverhampton City Centre. The area is well known for its schools in both sectors and public transport can be found along the Tettenhall Road (A41). DESCRIPTION An attractive and well presented period semi detached residence thought to date back to approximately 1915. From the first floor landing there is a single rise staircase that leads to BEDROOM FOUR with inset ceiling lights, walk in wardrobe, window to rear elevation, under eaves storage and ENSUITE having fully tiled double shower with raindrop head, close coupled wc, wall mounted square hand wash basin with mixer tap, inset ceiling lights and extractor fan. OUTSIDE From the INNER LOBBY there is access to the GARDEN with a paved patio for seating and entertainment with a lawn area beyond. There are borders with low growing shrubs and secured side access is given to the entry. The garden is secured privacy by panelled fencing.
