Tastefully enhanced by the current owners this ground floor flat is situated on a over 55's development and is tucked up the corner out the way, on entering the flat you are greeted by a small entrance lobby which has a single glazed door which takes you onto the hallway with a useful under stairs cupboard and access to the modernised kitchen which has a range of wall and base units with rolled edge work surfaces and tiling to the walls with double glazed window overlooking the front, the lounge which has patio doors leading out to the communal garden also has a feature electric fire and access to the inner hall which has a useful storage cupboard and doors leading to both bedrooms which would easily accommodate double beds and a recently modernised shower room which has a large double corner shower with a wash hand basin with fitted cupboard surrounding and enclosing the low level WC. Externally Accord Housing keep the grounds to a high standard and there are communal parking areas for the residents
