HouseSimple is pleased to present this mid terraced property in Allerton Bywater, Castleford, situated within the millenium village. This lovely property is offered to the market in immaculate condition.
Walking into the hallway there's enough space to remove coats n shoes and a wall mounted radiator. Located behind the front door to the left hand side there's a really useful storage cupboard which holds the fuse box for the electricity. Beyond this cupboard is the kitchen which has lots of cupboard space along with a range integrated appliances. There's a window to the front and to the rear a radiator and door leading out and into the enclosed gated medium/large, laid to lawn garden which is great for children and outdoor entertaining. For those who enjoy having friends over for dinner, the kitchen holds a full sized table seating six people comfortably.
Next door to the kitchen is the downstairs WC which has a toilet and hand basin, great for guests as and when they come to visit.
To the right hand side of the hallway there's the bright and airy living room which will hold a 3 and a 2 seater sofa  leaving space in the room. A door, again leading out to the rear garden and a radiator in the room along with stairs  leading to the upstairs area of the accommodation.
Upstairs has three double bedrooms which are all to the front of the property and a family bathroom located to the rear. As you walk into the master bedroom behind the door is a storage cupboard and next to this a recessed area which can hold a large triple wardrobe. A large window and a door leading out onto the balcony giving lovely area to relax in whilst watching the world go by. The room next to the master is currently been used as an office but presents a good space for a double or single bed, a child or even a guest to occupy. The room next to this is again a room of ample size and ideal for children. Each of the bedrooms has a wall mounted radiator.
The house bathroom is well proportioned and tiled around the bathing area with an overhead power shower and glass screen, sink, toilet and a wall mounted radiator. Next door to the bathroom is a storage cupboard which extends from floor to ceiling and outside this is the hatch which gives access to the loft area. The loft is not boarded out.
Outside the property within the garden there's a shed to hold all your gardening tools and equipment and a water butt positioned next to the living room door. For those who work from home, have children or wish to exercise at home, to the left of the shed are stone steps leading up to the atelier room. The room offers a great space and has the same space as the garage beneath it with two electric wall mounted heaters and down lighting, two windows to the front and two large ones to the rear overlooking the garden providing plenty of light into the room.
Outside the gate to the rear of the property is an allocated parking spot and around the corner, there's parking in the bigger than average sized garage.
The property has great transport links with easy access to A1/M1 Link Road and M62. Regular bus services to Leeds and Castleford, the train station been less than 3 miles away or why not visit Leeds city centre just 25 minutes away by car. The property is also within walking distance to local amenities and for those adventurous types there are cycle routes to explore. Fairburn Ings is a short drive away for adults with little ones to feed the large numbers of birds at the reserve or try one the nature trails. There's an Aldi, Morrisons and 24 hour Asda supermarkets nearby with Xscape just 10 minutes away by car for entertainment offering food and drink, cinema, bowling and a gym and not forgetting junction 32 for shopping.
