" This end of terrace semi detached house has been much improved and developed by the current owners.   It is located in the sought after village of Chipperfield and has far reaching views over the open countryside both to the front and rear of the property.    The accommodation briefly comprises: entrance porch, entrance hallway, open plan kitchen/dining room with double French doors onto the rear garden, sitting room with feature fireplace, study, cloakroom and utility room.   On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, three further bedrooms and family bathroom.

Situation
Chipperfield is a delightful hilltop village with a number of local shops catering for daily requirements and several public houses.   Chorleywood and Rickmansworth provide for more comprehensive shopping with the food halls of Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and Tesco at Rickmansworth.    The Chiltern and Metropolitan lines are available from both Chorleywood and Rickmansworth and the main line to London Euston is available from Kings Langley Station.   The M25 is accessible providing access to the national motorway network and airports.   The surrounding countryside has an abundance of walks, bridle paths and the River Chess with the nearby Chess Valley.
