" Returning to the property market for the first time since 1973 this deceptive three bedroom semi detached property occupies a quarter of an acre plot (approx). Directions From leaving our office on the Uxbridge High Street proceed right. Arriving at the roundabout continue straight on to the Hillingdon Road. At the first set of traffic lights by Jacks fish and chips shop turn right onto the Greenway. Follow the road straight down until you come to the junction that meets the Cowley High Road and turn left. After approximately half a mile turn left on to Dellfield Parade and left again on to Dellfield Crescent. Situation Dellfield Crescent is a residential road situated close to local amenities including Hillingdon Hospital, Brunel University and Stockley business park. There are a number of bus/road links close by creating easy access to Heathrow Airport, the M4 and M25 and Uxbridge town centre with its multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and Piccadilly/Metropolitan line train station. Description This deceptive three/four bedroom semi detached family home, occupies a quarter of an acre plot (approx) and returns to the property market for the first time since 1973.
