Constructed in 1958 with well proportioned rooms and a practical layout including a useful guest cloakroom off the good-sized entrance hall. The lounge retains its tiled fireplace fitted with a gas fire and a large picture window to the front. The kitchen is fitted to the basic standard, overlooking the rear garden and with a door to the side. To the first floor are three bedrooms; the two principal rooms have built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is fitted with a 3 piece coloured suite.
