" Upon entering the reception hall, one is struck by a delightful feeling of solidity which only a house of this era can bring. You are immediately drawn into the beautiful charm of this home with its wonderful period features continuing throughout the house. The fabulous sitting/dining room has lovely exposed floorboards and a lovely cast iron feature fireplace with tiled slips, a cast iron mantle and slate hearth, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. Also from the hallway is a light and bright kitchen breakfast room. This fantastic room has a tiled floor and is split into two well defined areas and leads to a rear lobby with storage cupboard, door to the rear garden and a cloakroom.
