Porth is a small coastal inlet approximately a mile to the north of Newquay which itself provides excellent local amenities to include schooling for all ages and offers some of the finest surfing beaches and attractive coastline in the county.

The cathedral city of Truro lies approximately 14 miles to the south and offers a comprehensive range of shopping and schooling facilities and some of the finest sailing waters in the south of England. There is easy access in and out of the county, the A30 spine road and intercity rail link at Bodmin Parkway and Truro giving access to London Paddington. In addition there are also regular shuttle flights to London Gatwick and Stanstead from Newquay airport.

Porth beach is a delightful sandy inlet, one of the safer guarded beaches along the north coast and lies just below the house on the far side of the road.

There are outstanding views from various parts of the house across the beach to Porth Island to which there is access via a bridge from the headland.

DESCRIPTION    Constructed in the 1930's in the art deco style this striking home takes full advantage of its slightly elevated position giving a number of coastal views from the sun deck and bedroom combination and principal living room.
